Why book direct with us?
Like any business, dealing directly with the owners has its benefits. Primarily the fact that we are very flexible with changes and you can deal direct with the owners. With the online booking agents it's the same as going into a travel agency in your local shopping centre - once you make your booking through them, you have to try and get service from call centres to make any changes. As much as we try to help you our end (and we do), you still have to go through "your travel agent" to officially change anything.
